Shipping Policy

Although we are able to ship some of our products, we are not able to offer shipping on our meat shares. Meat shares MUST be picked up on farm. This is because our animals are harvested right here on our farm, where they are comfortable, instead of being loaded on trailers and taken away to a USDA facility, where they would be stressed and afraid. We feel that this is the most dignified and ethical way to treat our animals' sacrifices, and to ensure the highest quality of healthy food for you, but it does come with a drawback in that we are unable to offer our meat for retail or for shipping.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We strive to keep our shipping fees as reasonable as possible, while also maintaining the quality of our delivery services.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Dice Goblin Farms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your homegrown meat products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to discuss a means of making it right. We may be able to exchange individual cuts with similar ones, depending on availability, or give a partial refund for the unsatisfactory product, if we have no way of exchanging it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products must be in the same condition as when you received them. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund or exchange promptly.
