Our meat shares are available to anyone in the state of Oklahoma.

Because we process our animals here on our farm, we unfortunately cannot sell retail cuts or ship, so you must purchase a meat share and come to our farm to pick up your meat. Due to regulations and the nature of our slaughtering process, a deposit must be received PRIOR TO slaughter of the animal in order for us to process and package it for you. Most of our animals will be ready for freezers in the fall or early winter, though some animals, like our rabbits, are usually going to be available monthly, except during the heat of summer, when it isn't good for the does to be pregnant or give birth.

Egg availability is entirely dependent on the flocks, but usually they stop or significantly slow laying in the heat of summer and resume in fall, after molting. Usually.

Eventually, we'll be able to get enough fruits from our orchards and vegetables from our gardens to be able to sell some, but if you keep up with the blog you know that that's not going to happen this year. Maybe next year? Hope springs eternal.

We don't currently offer things like baked goods, because there are a lot of amazing home bakeries in our area already, but we may be talked into it at some point.

We may also eventually offer dairy products, but only after we figure out which hoops to jump through and if it's worth it.

Please scroll through our humble offerings below, and reach out when you're ready to place an order!

We accept cash, card, Venmo, and Cashapp.

Whole Duck Deposit

$15.00Price

Deposit for a whole duck. This is a deposit only. Additional payment will be required when picking up your duck. Our ducks are all heritage breeds, so they won't look the same as grocery store duck, and they'll taste even better.

Save the bones, head, and feet to make a rich and nutritious stock, and our ducks can feed you twice!

We harvest our heritage ducks between 8 and 12 months of age. Since heritage breeds grow much more slowly than commercial meat breeds, they will have a deeper flavor and their meat will be much more red than what you are accustomed to.

Most ducks will come with giblets; gizzard, liver, heart, head, and feet. We usually leave the head attached, but we can remove it and pack it with the giblets if desired. This must be communicated in advance. We can also leave the feet on, if desired, which must also be communicated in advance.

Our ducks are raised, dispatched, and processed on the farm. They are vacuum sealed. They average 5-7 pounds and are $10 per pound minus deposit.
