Our meat shares are available to anyone in the state of Oklahoma.

Because we process our animals here on our farm, we unfortunately cannot sell retail cuts or ship, so you must purchase a meat share and come to our farm to pick up your meat. Due to regulations and the nature of our slaughtering process, a deposit must be received PRIOR TO slaughter of the animal in order for us to process and package it for you. Most of our animals will be ready for freezers in the fall or early winter, though some animals, like our rabbits, are usually going to be available monthly, except during the heat of summer, when it isn't good for the does to be pregnant or give birth.

Egg availability is entirely dependent on the flocks, but usually they stop or significantly slow laying in the heat of summer and resume in fall, after molting. Usually.

Eventually, we'll be able to get enough fruits from our orchards and vegetables from our gardens to be able to sell some, but if you keep up with the blog you know that that's not going to happen this year. Maybe next year? Hope springs eternal.

We don't currently offer things like baked goods, because there are a lot of amazing home bakeries in our area already, but we may be talked into it at some point.

We may also eventually offer dairy products, but only after we figure out which hoops to jump through and if it's worth it.

Please scroll through our humble offerings below, and reach out when you're ready to place an order!

We accept cash, card, Venmo, and Cashapp.

Pork Share Deposit

$75.00Price

Deposit to reserve a whole, half, or quarter pork. Our pigs are American Guinea Hogs, a heritage breed listed on the Livetock Conservancy as Watch status. We slaughter them at approximately 3 years of age, when they weigh about 200 lbs live, and which gives their meat a deep, beautiful, rich flavor. They are raised and harvested here on farm. This is only the deposit. There will be a balance due when you come to claim your pork. Shares are $10 per pound hanging weight due at pickup, minus the deposit charge. Most of our pigs should be about 150 lbs hanging weight for a whole pork, though they may be more or less. Final share weight will be different, depending on cuts desired. Final product yield is often 30-50% hanging weight.

Because we raise our pigs for so long, it does result in higher labor and feed costs, but I promise the end result is worth it. Our pigs are fed a whole grain, soy free, corn free feed which we purchase from another small business right here in Oklahoma, which means that your purchase helps to support not just us and our community, but them and their community as well!

Please reach out if you want specific cuts. We are able to cure and smoke bacon, ham, and guanciale at an additional surcharge. Ground meat will also be available at an additional surcharge.
